CHURCH STATUE RESTORATION
REREDOS
Marian Retable originally designed by Giles Gilbert Scott. Much of the original decoration had been removed or replaced over the years, including the original statue.
Gallery ~ reredos restoration..

REFURBISHMENT
This oak reredos and altar was salvaged by our client from a small chapel now closed in the Huncoat area.
The broken tabernacle was replaced with a canopied apse and plinth for the statue. David fitted a new altar top stained to match. Missing details such as Finials were replaced, and the brass wheat sheaves to the altar front cleaned and re-painted gold, along with rebated edges of the canopy.

STATUE PLINTHS
These statue plinths were custom made to suit the church interiors to which they belong.
[The statues shown were restored by us, except for that shown far right.]
